CHIROPRACTIC

Our Services

A chiropractor giving treatment to one of her patients with back pain using chiropractic adjustments and dry needling.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a form of healthcare focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of neuromusculoskeletal conditions involving your joints, muscles, and nerves. It’s more than just adjusting the spine.

At Revibe Chiropractic, we combine hands-on techniques such as spinal mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue therapy with movement assessment and targeted exercise rehabilitation. This approach helps restore proper function, reduce pain, and improve the way your body moves.

What should I expect?

Your consultation starts with a thorough conversation about what brought you in. We’ll talk through your symptoms, lifestyle, and medical history so we can understand the full picture, not just where it hurts, but why it’s happening. This helps us pinpoint the areas that need closer attention.

We move into a detailed physical assessment. This may include postural assessment, orthopaedic examination, movement analysis, and hands on assessment to determine joint movement and muscle tension. By seeing how your body performs in real time, we can identify the underlying factors contributing to your pain or dysfunction.

We will then discuss the findings and recommend the most effective course of care for you. The number of sessions you may need depends on your specific condition, lifestyle habits, and how your body responds to care.

Everyone is different, so we’ll always give you an honest and realistic plan tailored to your goals. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point. We want you to feel informed, involved, and confident in every step of your care.

  • Lower back pain can come from many sources such as muscle strain, joint irritation, disc issues, poor posture, or simply moving in a way your body wasn’t ready for. Whether it’s a sharp acute twinge that showed up suddenly or a constant ache that has been dragging on for months or even years, we take the time to assess what’s really causing the problem, get down to the root cause of the problem and treat it accordingly.

      • Common symptoms:

        • Stiffness in the morning

        • Dull or aching pain into the lower back whilst sitting or standing for prolonged periods

        • Sharp twinge with certain movements

        • Pain in your lower back whilst sneezing/coughing

        • Difficulty bending down or extending your back

        • Difficulty performing day to day activities

  • Neck pain is one of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care. It often stems from poor posture, whiplash, motor vehicle accidents or underlying conditions. It can lead to stiffness, headaches, reduced mobility, and discomfort that affects your entire day. We look at how your neck, shoulders, posture, and daily habits all play a role. Utilising manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy and personalised exercises, we help restore proper movement, reduce tension, and support long-term relief.

    • Common symptoms:

      • Stiff neck in the morning or in the evening.

      • Sharp or dull pain in your neck or your shoulders

      • Headaches

      • Pain radiating into your arms or even into your fingers

      • Burning pain into the base of your neck

  • Sciatica occurs when the sciatic nerve becomes irritated or compressed, causing pain that can radiate from the lower back into the hips, glutes, or all the way down the leg. It can feel sharp, hot, numb, or achy, and it can be incredibly limiting. We identify what’s triggering the nerve irritation, whether it’s a disc issue, joint restriction, muscle tension, or movement imbalance. Treatment focuses on easing nerve pressure, improving mobility, and helping you return to comfortable, pain-free movement.

    • Common symptoms:

      • Pain that radiates down the thigh into the leg

      • Pins and needles down into the legs

      • Burning sensation down the legs

      • Weakness into the legs or foot

      • Pain that worsens with prolonged sitting or standing

  • Migraines and tension headaches can disrupt your work, sleep, concentration, and overall quality of life. Often, they’re linked to neck tension, posture stress, jaw issues, or nerve irritation. We start by identifying your triggers and assessing the neck and upper back for contributing factors. Through gentle adjustments, soft tissue work, and lifestyle guidance, we aim to reduce the frequency and intensity of your headaches

  • The shoulder is a highly mobile joint, which means it’s also easy to irritate. Whether your pain comes from a rotator cuff strain, impingement, bursitis, tendon irritation, instability, or poor movement patterns, we take a detailed look at how your shoulder, neck, and upper back are working together. Treatment focuses on restoring proper mechanics, relieving pain, and rebuilding strength and stability so you can lift, reach, train, and sleep comfortably again.

    • Common symptoms:

      • Pain when lifting shoulder over your head

      • Throbbing ache in your shoulder at night

      • Pain lying on that shoulder

      • Weakness into your shoulder

      • Limited mobility into your shoulder

  • From sprains and strains to tendon issues and overuse injuries, sports injuries can be frustrating and mentally draining. Whether you’re a climber, runner, lifter, team-sport athlete, or weekend adventurer, we tailor your care to your sport and your goals. We focus on reducing pain, improving tissue healing, correcting movement patterns, and building resilience so you can return to training stronger, safer, and more confident than before.

  • Do you often feel like you’re a shrimp hunched over all the time? Poor posture isn’t just about “standing up straight”. It is often a sign of muscle imbalance, fatigue, or movement habits built over time. We assess how your body functions as a whole, then help restore balance through mobility work, strengthening, and simple habit changes. The goal is to help you hold yourself with ease, comfort, and regain that confidence again. Some people even say they ‘feel taller’ after having chiropractic treatment!

  • As we age, staying mobile, steady, and comfortable becomes more important than ever. Chiropractic care can help ease joint stiffness, improve balance, and support healthy movement so you can stay active and independent. We work gently and safely, focusing on what matters most to you, whether that’s walking with confidence, keeping up with hobbies, picking up your grandchild, reducing everyday aches, or simply feeling more at ease in your body. Our goal is to help you move well, stay strong, and keep enjoying the life you love.

  • Pregnancy places incredible demands on your body. Your posture shifts, your centre of gravity changes, and your joints and muscles work overtime to support both you and your growing baby. Chiropractic care during pregnancy is gentle, safe, and focused on helping you stay comfortable throughout each stage. We help ease common discomforts like lower back pain, pelvic pain, and tension, while supporting optimal alignment so you can move, rest, and breathe more easily.
